Rates listed do not include state (5%) and local (5%) taxes. Rates may vary with seasonal demand.  During the months of June, July and August, there is a 2 night minimum stay during holiday festivals.

Reservations:
A deposit equal to one night’s stay must be received to secure reservations.  If you need to cancel, please do so at least 5 days in advance of your reservation or forfeit the deposit.  A minimum stay may be required for holidays and special events. Same day reservations will be accepted on an availability basis.  A 2 night stay required on holidays.
